5. Order Tracking We believe people deserve to know what goes into the products they choose, and the exact status of their delivery. Once your order is processed and dispatched from our facility, you will receive your tracking information via email and SMS so you can monitor its journey.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages We are committed to responsive customer support. If an issue occurs during transit, we adhere to the following protocol to resolve it with clarity and scientific responsibility:
